Or Copenhagen? But that’s less catchy, right?
Songs aside, if you follow me on Instagram (or are particularly eagle-eyed on Snapchat)- you may have spotted that a couple of weekends ago Joe and I paid a whistle stop visit to Berlin; a city I’ve been desperate to explore. With the city being high on my list of European-places-to-tick-off list, I was massively excited to be invited by Zalando, for their first ever Bread & Butter trend show. Open to everyone and with endless brands showcasing, music (we’re taking A$AP Rocky here), food (avocado on toast and burgers, naturally) as well as the promise of a Gigi Hadid appearance- the whole weekend had me at hello, and it’s safe to say I fell in love with this cosmopolitan and hugely exciting city- as well as this fashion festival that seemed to create a huge buzz around it too (let’s just say I’ve never seen so many well dressed ladies in one place- and I’ve done LFW…).
On top of that, having worked with Zalando a handful of times since beginning my blog, it’s been amazing watching the company grow and their incredible portfolio of brands expand (as well as own-brand they hold home to over 2000 others). Naturally, to celebrate this I picked a little look to parade around the city (after endless scrolling and indecision)- and it’s safe to say this Whistles knit and these Jeffrey Campbell suede ankle boots have fast become two of my Summer to Autumn staples (as well as this Sister Jane dress I scooped too- which really needs no introducing).
I hope you enjoyed my post on the city too (with a few of my favourite discoveries from the weekend)- and I can’t wait to visit again soon! Thank you to Zalando for the wonderful trip, and if you fancy some serious online sartorial shopping I recommend you look no further.
