It’s always the way that when one is saving up, one see’s lots of nice things (at least I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes anyway). With a pair of Charlotte Olympia’s infamous kitty flats firmly on my wishlist, I seem to now be straying to the unfamiliar territories of luxury online shopping, only ever to browse- but it seems to be the perfect place to source out trend inspiration, and if we’re talking Farfetch.com dig out some absolute hidden gems (yup, that vintage Miu Miu skirt above is only £67… if you don’t I will…)
Above I have sourced, in my opinion, some of the best transitional luxury pieces I could find, all incorporating some of my favourite and most timeless trends- and in my opinion, probably worth investing for. From summery neutral studded sandals from Lavin, an fool proof A.P.C trench that could possibly make Christopher Bailey quake in his (polished) boots, ageless silk prints and those Cutler and Gross sunglasses (eye protection has never looked so cool) being just some of my picks, it’s making me wonder whether I should save my pennies every few months for one quality item, and build a capsule collection as lust worthy as the above. A girl can dream eh…
