Do you ever fall in love with a collection of pieces in your wardrobe and find yourself having curated somewhat of a uniform? Well, folks- that’s exactly what happened with this little get up this week. After spending a few days working from home and tackling lifestyle content, emails and scheduling (all in a trusty combination of tracksuit bottoms and huge knits)- it was nice to find myself turning to some new favourites again and again (read: three days on the trot), after dedicating the last few to things a little more, ahem, cosy. Having received this gorgeous mini from the beautiful Tara Starlet (which is perfectly high waisted, but still long enough to keep things modest), I paired it with a little sixties inspired polo and my ‘forever’ winter coat which I recently saved, and invested in (it’s love, let me tell you).
With a couple of days packed with meetings across London, it was lovely to discover a new hidden gem in Marylebone- an area I rarely find myself in (which is odd, considering the amount of time I spend on Oxford Street)- and after indulging in endless Bake Off, Doctor Foster and Gossip Girl- was nice to get a breath of fresh air, discover some cute cafes and enjoy the Autumn sunshine whilst it made an appearance…
