Can you believe it? I’m wearing something I’ve worn before! I’m like bloomin’ K-Midz (or just a normal human utilising one’s wardrobe). I said to myself when I bought this skirt that it would have to be something I’d wear more than once (especially with its price before it went into sale) and I’m really thrilled I went for the plunge. Despite it being a pretty elaborate print and the quilted thickness of a duvet (seriously it’s like being in a bodycon sleeping bag), it’s definitely a really versatile transseasonal piece and would probably look just as cool with a marl tee or faded band shirt (totes indie) which certainly makes it a good investment. As well as an oversized fluffy knit, I also added my chunky boogie shoes from Sarenza- a.k.a Austin Powers Foxxy shoes- which are definitely the perfect unsubtle nod to the seventies- just the way I like to do it, yeah baby.
Additionally, this months challenge came in the shape of the timeless (see what I did there?) Swatch and their shiny new collection. I’m not usually one for chunky time pieces (don’t watches sound so much flashier when named time pieces), but with their classic shape, and almost masculine size (yet completely fitted to my flimsy wrist)- they seem like the perfect and classic addition to add to an otherwise simple outfit- and hey, you know you won’t be late again.

… also giving a big warm welcome to Natasha to the Take 10 girls, hers is one of my favourite blogs (Brit Rumi Neely, no?) so if you do one thing, hop on over to her place!
