After visiting Nottingham several times before to visit Joe- I can safely say before now our visits have essentially consisted of visiting the city centre shops and making a bee-line for our favourite chain Italian restaurants (not that there’s anything wrong with that of course…) However, this time we managed to explore a little more of the city and eat in a few new tasty places- which I can’t wait to share with you all. One of the places I was shown on my mini tour of the city was this lovely marina, lined with rows of colourful ‘Rosie and Jim esque’ canal boats, which we couldn’t help but take a peek at…
After strolling up and down and becoming suitably windswept, we headed into the city for a spot of window shopping and some delicious lunch! I opted for my current outfit of choice (I may or may not have worn this skirt 3 times this week…) which includes my go-to COS jumper and the cutest bouclé-style skirt from my favourite online boutique, Olive. I teamed the duo with my trusty leather jacket and worn in loafers for the perfect level of school-girl geekiness that seems to constantly make an appearance in my outfits.
What have you been up to this weekend? Have you discovered any beautiful new places?
