With last weekends blankets of snow gradually disappearing, bar the current smattering of snow falling outside of my window- Sunday’s belated festive weather seems like a bit of a memory (ignoring the fact it’s everywhere else in the UK and trains are still delayed, of course). Although I love the summer months, and being able to throw any dress, or shorts and t shirt combination on as I wish- without thinking of the many layers to follow (3-4 at present), there’s something I enjoy about planning all the details of a warm, wintry outfit. This little get together comes as no exception, with the fedora, fur shawl and stunning Soomin for Anthropologie scarf acting as the perfect trio- with the scarf bringing the perfect burst of colour to a pretty monochrome outfit (it just like, totally, works with the snow, right?)…
