From The Archive: 2016

The year of travel- from Aus to Africa- as well as some of my favourite ever photos, I hope 2016 brings a small dose of wanderlust (and fashion inspiration if not)!

Cambridge in Spring

(Blouse: C/O Sister Jane, Dungarees: Monki @ ASOS, Shoes: ASOS (similar here), Sunglasses: Toyshades, Bag: Mansur Gavriel)

Back at it again with the cherry blossoms…

…but who can blame me when they’re only out for a couple of weeks? It’s totally obligatory to embrace my inner blogger (and internal Powerpuff Girl love of pink) and snap these fluffy pink blooms until my once-every-twelve-months quota is full, right? Either way when Joe and I were in Cambridge recently, this beautiful tree, alongside the Masters house of St John’s College seemed the perfect quintessential backdrop for the May-Day bank holiday weekend. There’s something about Cambridge (and Oxford for that matter) that is so other-wordly and beautiful, it’s almost too difficult to capture it’s beauty on camera (even with cherry blossoms)- but we certainly gave it a shot!

Taking out my current most worn item (buy a loooong shot)- I paired these Monki dungarees with this Victoriana style blouse and nana shoes (which are as comfortable as they are cute) and my prescription Ray-Ban inspired sunglasses that are literally essential for every look (a girl gotta see after all)! Here’s to embracing ankles-out weather, and finally starting to tick off my UK-must-visit bucket list!

(Post in no way sponsored, or affiliated with cherry blossoms, I’m just a big girl who likes a nice flower ok)
