I think last Friday was the first time I put my middle finger up to the cold weather and started embracing Spring dressing. There’s something about the sun coming out, and heading into London on a crisp morning with that ‘TGIF’ feeling that left me (and my bare ankles) feeling a little invincible. Although I did have a morning of meetings, nipping out in-between for coffee stops definitely left me feeling unusually chipper, and I’m pretty sure the sun also had that effect on everybody else I came across (trust me, London in the sunshine is something else).
Anyway- let’s talk clothes. Although I did initially think this look was a little bit James-from-Busted with the cropped pin-stripe trousers and trainer combination (seeing as he was my 9 year old heart-throb perhaps he was on to something?) paired with this summery ASOS top and some delicate gold pieces, I think I ~hopefully~ managed to make it more ‘Scandi cool’ than ‘What I Go To School For’- but I’ll let you be the judge of that…
