You’d be forgiven for thinking these photos were taken somewhere a little more Mediterranean than Knightsbridge, but I suppose that’s what a white washed wall and some royal blue shutters do to perception, right? Okay, so I wasn’t lounging on the coast of a secluded Greek island (more like hiding out by some plush property near Harrods), but I was celebrating what feels like the start of summer, in some perfectly apt celebration wear from the wonderful people at Boden.
Although I don’t have any weddings coming up this summer (however, if anyone cares to change that I won’t protest) a gorgeous prom dress (a la a certain Zooey Deschanel) needn’t be reserved for a Church ceremony and dad dancing, right? Paired with some statement heels (there’s a good reason these Alice pumps have been everywhere this summer), and a clutch that is more party than a table full of cocktail sausages- this little get up is perfect for any summer parties, garden get-together’s or even just a day when you need a bit of colour- it is Friday after all!
