Trust me, prancing in a field filled with golden grass, wearing a floral crown peppered with babys breath and white roses is all well and good (and photographs beautifully in the sunshine)- until you add hay fever to the equation. Unless runny noses, small tiny eyes and toilet roll are in season next month, I don’t think I stand a chance. Saying that, discovering this hidden gem of a picnic spot nestled behind Joe’s house was certainly a pleasant surprise- but just remind me to bring the tissues next time.
Paired with my favourite disco shoes (it’s true, Zara have some gems of late) and joined by an impromptu visit by a very cheeky Labrador, the Allondra dress from the lovely Jarlo was the perfect accompaniment for such a summery afternoon.
