Of all the trends on the high street I’ve succumbed to lately (and you know me, I like to keep me eyes peeled) gingham is probably up there with my favourites. Perhaps it’s the summer dress I had at primary school (yup, we were the school with the pink dresses- be jealous) or maybe it’s a hidden affinity with loving looking like a tablecloth- but either way, it’s one of the easiest prints to wear, and these trousers have certainly had a good wearing already (as I write this, I’m literally wearing them). If that ain’t love, then I don’t know what is.
Anyway- these pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago during a little visit to the Paul Smith exhibition at the Design Museum with my nan and Joe- which was an absolutely lovely way to spend a Monday. The exhibition itself was amazing- the installations were hugely imaginative, and after seeing him speak last year– it reaffirmed why I admire him so much as a fellow creative chap. If anyone would be interested in a post on the exhibition let me know- it’s safe to say I got a little snap happy!
