Hello! I’ve hope you’ve all had a lovely week. I can’t believe how wonderful the weather has been today, I tried to make the most of it and embrace my denim shorts before I have to team them with some woolie black tights! I also wore this gorgeous 50s ‘vintage-esque’ blouse I was given courtesy of Australian meets French based brand, Toi et Moi. It has such an awesome retro pattern on it, consisting of roses, anchors, swallows, horses and Charleston dancer girls, and has a gorgeous pleat and button up detail on the front and back. Additionally, I was lucky enough to be given a little something to give away for my gorgeous readers from Toi et Moi, so look out for that giveaway launching in the next couple of days!
Anyway, this morning I went for some ‘early afternoon tea’ with my family at this gorgeous tea room not too far from where I live. It had the most quintessentially British décor, with beautiful patriotic Union Jack bunting and napkins for our cake and scones.
I also took some photographs of the village, which was so beautiful, such a cosy traditional area, with the most lovely cottages covered in flowers and pastel coloured front doors- like a Laura Ashley catalogue in village form! Late this afternoon I also took some photographs of one of my best friends John and his sister in their a-mazing ballroom gear, so I may even post some of them if you’d like to see 🙂
I hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday, and enjoy the rest of your weekends!

P.S I’m also selling some bits here! Take a peek if you wish!
