With regards to summer dressing, in my opinion- it’s not over until the fat lady sings (read: until 25th October, when it’s peeing it down with rain and officially the end of British Summer Time). Until then, providing the sun is shining, I’m happy to brave nude tights and some summery dresses- just make sure my favourite woollen coat is close by- winter is long enough after all!
On this occasion, last weekend, during a 16 degree scorcher of a morning (ahem), Joe and I took the opportunity to lap up the beautiful floral lined streets of Portmeirion and snap some perfectly coordinating photos in a favourite ASOS playsuit. After spotting this Jackie number online a few months ago, I knew I had to have something from the retro inspired collection- and have since been waiting for the perfect chance to whip out this psychedelic print number. Paired with some trusty Boden boots and the saddle bag of dreams (chunky cardi out of shot)- it felt almost perfect for a day in the country!
