A year full time and city guides a-plenty, my first venture into YouTube and a baby puppy addition- 2014 was an exciting one!

With a day out with friends, and a big brunch in a favourite hideout on the cards (yup, we’re talking the whole French toast shebang- will post about this soon)- a smock dress is always a good idea. Not only did the cute-as-a-button tartan Peter Pan collar have me at hello (I’m pretty sure this is dipping toes in trends at its finest), but the fact it has a little tie waist means it’s a little more forgiving than most smocks on me- always a good thing! On top of that, this bad boy still does the job of allowing overindulgence when it comes to scouring the menu- which, judging by the amount of pancakes, ice cream and scones I’ve had in the last week, is never a bad thing…
