From The Archive: 2013

With magazine placements on the side, 2013 was the last year I juggled blogging as a side gig. Things get a bit girlier in the style department too, with a lorra love for the sixties and a 'hive!

Styling the H&M Conscious Collection #2

(All pieces above are H&M , vintage and my trusty fedora)

Out of all of the H&M Conscious Collection pieces, this dress reigns pretty high as one of my favourites. It’s floaty, whimsy, billowy, a little seventies and is made from the most beautiful fabric with the most stunning sheer detail print covering it. Additionally, it makes me feel a little like Kate Bush when strolling around my local park; which is probably unnecessary but wonderful all the same. I’m yet to try this dress with my trusty opaques, but can assure you this is the perfect holiday piece, and can only imagine how stunning it would look on foreign shores with sun kissed skin and bare feet. Pretty dreamy right?

The collection is still available in stores nationwide and on the H&M website – plus, with pieces like this little number priced at a pretty impressive £19.99- it’s definitely worth adding some ethical beauties into your wardrobe this spring.
