Now, you may remember the post I did with Boohoo.com a little while ago in conjunction with their #sharethelove project; running alongside the most romantic day of the year- Valentine’s day. Rest assured, I DID indeed share the love back then, but due to a whole host of business have only just managed to get this post up now- naughty Liv. Anyway, after treating Mama and Nana to a wonderful brunch, and treating a very deserving best friend- I decided to treat some of the main boys in my life; my dad, brother and boyfriend. After ideas of football, sporty things and paint balling (and realizing that last time I went I spent it close to tears behind a tree) we decided for a universal Purvis favourite; bowling.
It was so lovely to be able to spend some quality family time together, get a little (lot) competitive, confirm that one strike does not necessarily mean you are good at bowling and just enjoy being a bit silly. I don’t always get as many chances as I’d like to take the Purvis’ gang on the spin (or bowl) so sharing some family love was definitely long overdue.
I also treated my brother, and boyfriend to a couple of little wardrobe treats. Neither of them are particularly big shoppers and very rarely treat themselves to anything, so made a couple of sneaky purchases after spotting a couple of things I’d seen them both previously mention and take a shine to- and as you can see, I think they went down pretty well.
I had a great time Sharin’ the love, thank you so much Boohoo- I can safely say it’s definitely something I will be doing more often.
