From The Archive: 2011

From starting university, to making the decision to leave (and winning my first blog award) - the year of 2011 was a big one for me- and I finally moved back to London to intern and dedicate a little more time to the blog...

In terms of dresses, this isn’t usually something I’d instantly go for. If you know me by now, you’ll know the most outlandish print I own is a horizontal breton stripe and anything more than that (excusing the odd polka dot) is a little too daring for me. However, upon receiving this dress from the lovely ladies at LOVE (alliteration at it’s finest!) I was pleasantly surprised and couldn’t wait to try it on!
Apart from the fact it’s from the Jess Wright Collection and Sam and Jess from TOWIE have it (I am a HUGE Towie fan, I can’t even hide it) meaning it is obviously ‘reem’, it’s made from a gorgeous sheer material meaning it’s perfect for layering so if full on animal print isn’t your thing than it’s perfect to tuck in with shorts or cover with a cosy knit! I’m also a sucker for the cut out detail at the back, even if I am burdened with the same tan lines I had in July…
Additionally, the LOVE ladies have also given all readers of my blog 20% off of full priced items at the shop, so if you fancy picking up a gorgeous frock for Christmas or even treating a loved one this festive season (go on!), simply enter ‘WHATOLIVIADID20’ at checkout for your discount! Happy spending!
